Blurry Controller from Revolution Enginner

I was sent this bizzare picture of the supposed Revolution Controller

I don't know what to think about this one except for the fact that it is ridiculous. I mean, look at the thing. Noone in their respectable mind would take a photo of something so obscure let alone even photoshop such a thing. In all accounts, this is fake. However, believe what you will.

No, this is not an old Wavebird prototype. I thought too, but
it had different button layout from this mock-up.
I think this could be a real design study and i have seen a patent about a controlling method for a new game (but there wasn't the name of that game)and the controller shown in the drawings had similar layout to this mock-up.
I don't remember if it was in the american or japanese patent office website, i'll post the right link if i find it again.
The new patent has been filed a few weeks ago, so the game is a new one and the layout of the controller shown in the drawings is similar to this pic's one and definitely different from a Wavebird, prototype or not.

Do you think the reason they don't show the bottom of it is because it has a middle handle like the N64? If you study it, it very much looks like you could play all the Nintendo systems using this. It incorporates all of them. It's either real or a very clever fake. The only setup that would be a bit weird would be GC.
