This clearly looks fan made. And a bad one at that. The fan art(mock ups)are getting out of hand.
the posters realy plain and why would they make a 3 part controler where the middle biggest part would be hanging if u where holding on to the two handles...
i think its fake
To me it's obviously fan made. How convenient it was posted on a pure black background and there isn't more detail of the middle images. Plus the controller is slightly pixelated, and if this a poster/ad assuming to be for print it would be clear as day. The Nintendo logo isn't too sharp either.
It's really ugly ! I can tell you this is a fan made picture (I can create plenty of pictures like this one with photoshop in 10 minutes...).

In no way do I find this ad to be real but I am merely pointing out a connection, doesnt that controler kinda look like htis
